Minty Matcha Shamrock Shake
vegan, serves 1-2
2 frozen bananas
2-3 drops peppermint extract
1 tsp matcha green tea powder
1/2 cup frozen honeydew melon (adds frosty iciness + sweetness!)
1/2 – 3/4 cup soy milk, vanilla
optional: swirl of soy whip on top and green sprinkles
optional superfood add-ins: chia seeds or spirulina powder
To Make: Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Start with 1/2 cup on soy milk. If you do not have a high speed blender you may need a few more splashes of soy milk to get your blend moving.
