Simple, Healthy Homemade Hot Fudge

By Brooke McLay |

When it comes to eating right, you gotta include chocolate and ice cream. Which is why I love this simple recipe for a lighter Homemade Hot Fudge sauce. Healthier Hot Fudge Sauce
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon milk

Place chocolate chips and water in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir over heat until chocolate is melted and blended with water.  Remove from heat and stir in coconut oil. Stir in the milk quickly until mixture is glossy and totally smooth. Serve over lowfat ice cream or vanilla frozen yogurt.
