10 Healthy Soups for Cold Days

One of my new year’s resolutions: eat more soup. Why? Soup is easy to make from scratch using virtually any ingredients you have on hand or need to get rid of, is generally good for you, and typically loaded with veggies, which I rarely get enough of. Soup is cheap, comforting, and takes awhile to eat, which means I won’t wolf down more calories than I need in record time. I started poking around for soup inspiration, and quickly found a ton of tempting formulas for my must-make list.
