I was never a fan of scones until I made these (and it took some convincing to try this recipe). Boy am I glad I did because now these are my favorite breakfast treat. In fact, I pretty much eat them all day until the last one is gone, sorry family. I even made a double batch once and froze half for later. One great thing about this recipe is that you can add just about anything your heart desires. I like to add berries, they come out all stained red and purple, which make for an adorable Valentine’s Day breakfast treat.
