Hefty Slider Bag Lemonade Slush

We are a big picnic loving family whether it’s hiking to the top of our favorite park or in our setting up in our backyard. One thing we’ve discovered on our many adventures is that we need something to keep our picnic supplies cold that doesn’t take up too much space and something refreshing to cool off after running around in the grass. After some experimenting we found just the right thing and all you need is some lemonade and a Hefty Slider Bag.

Hefty Slider Bag Lemonade Slush

1 cup of lemonade (I either make my own or use Trader Joe’s Low Calorie)

1 Hefty Slider Bag

straw and spoon

Pour the lemonade into the Hefty Slider Bag and place in the freezer, make sure it’s flat and even. Once frozen add to your picnic supplies and head out for a fun day. After lunch and playing, take out your frozen lemonade in the hefty slider bag. If it’s not slightly melted and slushy, squish it with your hands. Open the bag, a little or a lot, insert straw and drink up. Scoop up what doesn’t fit through the straw.
