Holiday Baking: 10 Festive Bundt Cakes

I have a thing for bundt cakes, there’s just something so classic and comforting about them. First off, as a very novice baker I consider them to be one of the easiest cakes to bake up. I remember my mom always making bundts growing up…every now and then we would get fancy and marble it by swirling the second batter in with a knife. I always loved that part. I love that you can dress them up with a little dusting of powdered sugar or a simple sweet glaze. And let’s not forget how easy they are to slice into perfect pieces.

For some reason, every time I’m in the baking section of a store, I’m drawn to the different shapes and sizes of bundt pans…there are so many cute ones available these days, especially around the holidays. I have collected a couple over the years, most recently mini bundts and I can’t wait to bake up some cakes to gift to friends and neighbors. If you are in the cake baking mood like I am, here’s a nice little collection of delicious bundt cake recipes to browse through to get you started.
