Get all the goodness of Cool Ranch Doritos, without breaking into a bag of chips! This homemade version is quick, easy, and supremely tasty! Not to mention clever...you won't believe how to get that homemade Cool Ranch flavor!

Here's what you need.....a packet of White Cheddar Mac and Cheese (just the powdered cheese mix!) and a packet of Ranch Dressing powder. You'll also want some Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese (shredded!), egg, milk, and chicken tenders!

Toss all of the "dry" ingredients into a bowl.

Dip chicken in egg and milk mixture.

Press chicken into the cheese mixture. A nice, firm press will ensure it's well coated with the cheese.

Flip chicken and press into the cheese mixture on the second side. You want to really make sure a lot of the cheese sticks to the chicken, since this turns into your crunchy coating!

Now place your coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes, or until the chicken is baked through. Serve with sour cream and enjoy!

Homemade Cool Ranch Chicken Tenders
1 packet White Cheddar Mac and Cheese powdered cheese mix
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing mix
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cups monterey jack or pepper jack cheese, shredded
1/4 cup milk
1 pound chicken tenders, raw
In a large bowl, combine powdered cheese mix, ranch dressing mix, paprika, and cheese. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs, and milk. Dip chicken tenders in egg mixture, then press into cheese mixture. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes, or until chicken tenders are cooked through.
Serve with a green salad and sour cream for dipping. Enjoy!
