Ingredients for Mexican Rice:
- 1 – shot glass filled with vegetable oil
- 2 – cups long grain rice
- 1/2 – cup chopped onion
- 1 – teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 – cup tomato sauce
- pinch of salt
- 4 – cups of chicken broth
