Rainbow everything has taken center-stage nowadays, from Rainbow Poptarts to Rainbow Cake in a Jar.  And, while they are all fine and lovely, there’s nothing quite so fun as this divine rainbow frosting, piped right on top a plain, old cupcake.

Though these cupcakes seem fancy and finicky, they are actually quite simple to make. Here is a simple, step-by-step tutorial that will help you frost your cupcakes with rainbow perfection in no time at all!
