How to Make Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Did you see our PUMPKIN COOLER earlier today? Well we promised a recipe for those seeds you would be hulling out and here it is. While toasted pumpkin seeds are wonderful on their own, adding a little flavor to them makes them all the more tasty. I will warn you these are quite the addictive snack! Luckily they couldn’t be easier to make. Get our recipe after the jump.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
What you’ll need:

1 1/2 cups Pumpkin Seeds – rinsed clean
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

2. Place your pumpkin seeds onto a rimmed baking sheet. Pour oil, salt and worcestershire sauce over seeds. Toss to coat evenly. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
