How to Open a Pomegranate

It’s Pomegranate season. I am pretty obsessed with pomegranates and REALLY look forward to pomegranate season. Yes, I can enjoy pomegranate juice all year long but the fresh ones are only here for a short amount of time. When I see those first ones in the market I grab them. There are SO many wonderful things to make with pomegranates but the thought of opening a pomegranate can be a tricky for some. I have put together a little video to show you exactly how easy it can be.
