How to Plant a Pineapple

Next time you make a recipe with a fresh pineapple try this! My friend Shari posted a step by step tutorial for how to use a portion of the fresh  pineapple cutting to plant a pineapple. One that will not only make a fabulous looking tropical plant that you can enjoy in your home, but that will also eventually produce a PINEAPPLE! Now that’s an experiment I can’t wait to try with my kids. A great teaching moment and you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor later down the road ; ) I know what we’re doing with our next fresh pineapple! To see how to plant your own pineapple, pop on over to TICKLED RED.

And if you need a recipe idea for that fresh pineapple try my GRILLED PINEAPPLE POPS!
