Hydrate with a Pink Coconut Water Frostykathypatalsky
A blistering sun high in the sky tells me summer is near – yup, it is hot today – and when the temperatures climb, it’s important to stay hydrated. So today I blended up my favorite Pink Coconut Water Frosty. So easy to make and this tall frosty glass is just about 100 calories. Not bad for a super delicious sip. Plus it’s high in hydrating electrolytes like potassium and antioxidants like vitamin c from the fruit accents. Get the recipe – and stay cool!..
The best part about this recipe is that you really can change it up with whatever frozen fruit you’d like! Here I used a combo of strawberries and peaches. But you can try raspberries, blueberries, mango, banana, pineapple and more!
And yes, coconut water is the “smarter” way to hydrate. More potassium than a banana – and way more potassium than those “sports beverage” drinks. Less sugar too. More on coconut water for hydration.

11 ounces coconut water = 60 calories
1/2 cup strawberries = 22 calories
1/3 cup frozen peaches = 18 calories
ice/lemon = very small!
Pink Coconut Water Frosty
makes one tall glass
11 ounces coconut water (unsweetened)
1/3 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup ice
1 tbsp lemon juice
Blend. Pour Enjoy!
