Iced Coffee with Coffee Bean Ice Cubes

FacebookTwitterGoogle+TumblrPinterest

I’m a coffee drinker. I must have my coffee. If I don’t, it’s not pretty. Trust me. During the warmer months my coffee drink of choice is iced coffee. I shared my VANILLA ICED COFFEE recipe a few months back. My one complaint about iced coffee is that when the ice melts {if you’re a sipper like me this happens} the drink becomes watery. I’m happy to report that we don’t have to have watery iced coffee anymore since discovering this great new product!  I came across this adorable ice cube mold that’s in the shape of COFFEE BEANS. You simply place {room temperature} coffee into the mold and freeze. You pop them into your iced coffee and when they melt it’s not watery but coffee flavored : ) Brilliant.

Fear not, if you can’t find the mold, you could easily just place coffee into a regular ice cube tray!
