Ina Garten, also known as the Barefoot Contessa, is the woman of the day. And of course she is. With a classic, warm and effortless approach to food, Ina’s style and recipes are perfect for Thanksgiving. We’ve got Ina’s Thanksgiving tips, her killer Thanksgiving menu and (but, of course!) her truffle butter. But where will Ina be cooking all of these delicious treats?
Apparently, Ina’s home in East Hampton, NY was originally part a family farm that has been around since 1640. Ina has been there for almost 24 years and, though she’s made many changes over the years, has managed to retain the home’s history charm.
Many of the changes, as you would imagine, were done in the kitchen. Check out this video tour of Ina’s kitchen. One look at you’ll see that it’s no wonder it was kitchen of the year!
Maybe some of Ina’s kitchen tips will help you turn your kitchen into a kitchen of the year (at least in your neighborhood!). At the very least, they’ll help you organize and gussy up for the holidays ahead.
