Ina Garten’s most recent book, How Easy is That? (Clarkson Potter 2010), speaks to her easy charming cooking style. This week Ina is breaking down Thanksgiving recipes for us on the Food Network, giving us a menu that is fun, easy and approachable. Thanksgiving Tips from Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa
- Everyone should have fun at Thanksgiving, not be stuck in the kitchen. Prep a lot of food in advanced before the big meal so you can enjoy it too.
- Make some things that are simple and can be served at room temperature, this will make it easier on the you. This way you don’t have to reheat at the last minute.
- Don’t do an overcomplicated table design. Just pick a color palatte and stick to it.
