Kelsey Grammer Wedding Food Details!
Lets dish on the Kelsey Grammar Wedding Food details, shall we?..
You may have heard the buzz about Kelsey Grammar’s wedding to Kayte Walsh (a vegetarian bride). The event comes amidst a storm of gossip and scandal – much of it played out on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reality show. But I’m really only concerned about one thing: what was on the wedding menu!
Kelsey was married on Broadway. Like literally. He got married to his new bride on the Broadway stage of the Longacre Theatre. Then for the reception Kelsey and his 160 guests enjoyed fun and food at The Plaza Hotel in NYC – right at the foot of Central Park. TMZ obtained a copy of the Banquet Event Order. And here are the highlights of Kelsey Grammer’s juicy wedding food details..
Drinks: The reception beverages included Plaza House White Wine and Piper Sonoma Sparkling Wine. There was also a premium open bar which opened at 10:20pm.
From 10pm-11pm the guests enjoyed passed Hors D’oeuvres including Butterflied Ginger Prawns, Mini Manchego cheese melts with Oven Cured Tomatoes, Assorted Goat Cheese Truffles, Mini Burgers on Sift Cocktail Rolls with tomato and Bibb Lettuce, a Veggie Frittata with hummus and black olive and a few other yummies.
Then from 11pm to 2am the guests enjoyed food stations featuring: Braised beef Short Ribs, Slow Roasted Turkey Breast with chorizo cornbread stuffing.
Interestingly, Kelsey’s new bride is vegetarian so I don’t think she was eating the station offerings – but I’m sure she loaded up on the cheese-packed and veggie-accented bites during the reception.
Then to complete the wedding feasting, guests were treated to a sit-down meal with a King Oyster Mushroom Carpaccio appetizer followed by either wild mushroom risotto or Grilled Filet Mignon Au Poivre. Dessert was a Grand Marnier Black Pepper Semifreddo and a Bittersweet Chocolate Tart – not to mention the Sylvia Weinstock wedding cake the couple had on hand.
Coffee Service to complete the fun.
Sounds lovely to me!..

Being a vegetarian myself, the veggie frittata with hummus sounds yummy. I think she should have insisted on more vegetarian options – even omnivores enjoy good food without meat. Thanks for posting.
