Kitchen Tips: Tenderizing Meat with Hefty Slider Bags

When you are preparing recipes like Chicken Marsala or Pan Fried Abalone, you need to tenderize the meat. In the past I’ve used parchment paper to keep the meat from breaking apart or sticking to the surface while pounding it with a mallet. The paper or even plastic wrap sometimes tears easily. There is a better way!

Next time you need to take your aggressions out on a poor defenseless chicken breast, place it inside a Hefty Slider bag. The bag is much stronger than plastic wrap or wax paper. When you’re done, clean up is easy… just toss the bag in the trash!
