I met up with Noelle Carter, Test Kitchen Manager of Los Angeles Times, at the mothership in downtown LA. Not only was I in for a preview of their annual food festival, The Taste, I learned a thing or one hundred about indoor smoking and ribs.
And while Chef Noelle and I focused on making and devouring some fall-off-the-bone ribs, I also had a chance to find out what the chef behind thousands of recipes and a mountain of instructional cooking tips and videos thinks about Cooking for Kids.
It should come as no surprise that the totally awesome aunt has some very clear advice on the getting kids involved and is always prepared to answer a lot of questions.
