Last Minute Halloween Party Treat: Great Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cookie Cake

By Kelsey Banfield |

Peanut Butter Cookie Cake

If you are up against the wall for a quick last-minute Halloween treat this weekend look no further than the Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cookie Cake. I made this on a whim recently and it was a huge hit. I even did something I don’t normally do and bought some pre-made peanut butter cookie dough. I mean, when you are really pressed for time this is the easiest way, right? Right. I made the jack-o-lantern face out of Reese’s Pieces, popped it in the oven and it was ready in no time. Happy Halloween!

Great Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cookie Cake

1 tube pre-made peanut butter cookie dough

1 large bag Reese’s Pieces

1. Preheat oven to 350F and press the cookie dough into an 8″ round skillet. Then arrange the Reese’s on top in a face arrangement to look like a jack-o-lantern. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until the dough is completely set in the middle and a cake test inserted comes out clean. Serve up!
