3 cups chopped leftover turkey
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 large garlic clove, minced
Juice of 1 lime or 1 Tablespoon prepared lime juice

1. Place turkey through lime juice into a crock pot and cook on low for 2 to 4 hours.

    This is a great way to continue eating turkey after the holidays. Most of the leftover turkey was dark meat and I didn’t have a garlic clove(I used garlic powder instead). I tried a new barbecue sauce, Dimples BBQ Sauce, it added a sweetness to balance the lime and vinegar. I can’t want to do a turkey again just to have these sandwiches. Thanks.
