  • Fries 1 of 10
    Fries
    Place a layer of cooked fries onto the bottom of an oven safe dish.
  • Mexican Blend Cheese 2 of 10
    Mexican Blend Cheese
    Sprinkle a layer of cheese over the fries.
  • Refried Beans 3 of 10
    Refried Beans
    Place dollops of beans (your favorite type) around the cheese covered fries.
  • Mild Green Chilis 4 of 10
    Mild Green Chilis
    Sprinkle mild or hot green chili over the beans.
  • Sliced Black Olives 5 of 10
    Sliced Black Olives
    Toss on some olives.
  • Green Onion 6 of 10
    Green Onion
    Thinly slice green onion and sprinkle on top.

    Place another layer of fries over all the toppings.

    Add another layer of cheese, bean and chili and give a little sprinkle of cheese on top.

    Add some olives, green onions, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream and any other favorite nacho topping.

Loaded Nacho Fries Recipe

1 bag frozen french fries (try to find some without hydrogenated oil!) OR make your own baked one fries

1 can reified beans

1 can sliced olives

1 small can mild green chili’s drained

1 can sliced olives, drained

1 package mexican blend cheese

3 green onions thinly sliced

guacamole

sour cream

tomatoes

Any other favorite nacho topping

Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cook the fries according to the package. Remove from oven and place one layer of fries onto an oven safe dish. Layer with cheese, beans, chili’s, olives and green onion. Add another layer oven the entire dish of cooked fries and layer with cheese, beans and chili’s. Cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly bubbling. Remove from oven and add green onions,  olives, guacamole, sour cream and tomatoes. Serves a crowd!
