Keeping things interesting and satisfying for anyone following a diet plan of any kind can be a challenge. Low carb diets are no exception. Balance should always be the focus to any ‘diet’ in my opinion, but we all know that sometimes our balance can swing a little too far in one direction and we find ourselves trying to redeem ourselves with a light and nourishing meal filled with protein and the right kind of carbs to get us back on track.
