My son is at that age where he wants to watch a movie again and again and over and over and right after it finishes he wants to “put it on again.” That is what my household is like right now, and the movie of choice is Cars! He runs into the kitchen and in his little 4 year old voice he requests all his favorite snacks. I just know that with that comes a load of unwanted sugar, he may want it but I don’t. I put together this wholesome snack mix, and tell him it’s “Mater the pick-up truck’s” snack mix. He sits in front of our television reciting every line of the Cars dialogue and eats his snack mix. He’s happy with his treat and so am I.
