Mini Ham & Cheese Pretzel Paninis

Pretzel PaninisThe other day I picked up a package of soft pretzels rolls at the grocery store. My daughter loves to dip them in cheese for an afternoon snack and I like them just about any time of day. To give them a fun twist I thought it would be interesting if I cut them in half and made mini ham and cheese paninis. All it takes a thin spread of mustard, thinly sliced ham and some great sharp cheddar cheese and a great sandwich is made. I made one for my daughter and one for me and barely managed to squeeze in a photograph before they were gobbled right up. I think I might buy some big pretzels next and use those to make paninis too, they would be so delicious!
