Mojito. A Classic Cuban Cocktail.

A Mojito is a Cuban cocktail made from just five simple ingredients: rum, sugar, fresh lime juice, club soda and fresh mint. The combination of flavors makes an incredibly refreshing libation. It’s absolutely perfect for warm weather months.
I am fortunate to have an abundance of wild mint growing in my yard. I use mint in a number of recipes but I have to admit this is one of my favorite ways to use it. There are several variations on the Mojito but this is the classic recipe. One of my favorite variations is my MANGO MOJITO RECIPE.
