I’m in love, and hopefully it doesn’t make my husband jealous. On Sunday I tried a new pancake recipe and about died and went to heaven when I tasted them. HOLY GUACAMOLE those pancakes were GOOD! I tried a recipe for Swedish Pancakes with Lingonberries—delicate, airy, moist pancakes topped with sweet, tart lingonberry jam. Pure heaven.
