My Picky Eater Loves This Food!

Picky Eater Foods - that they love!

I was excited to start a discussion on my blog’s Facebook page about picky eaters and the foods they love! I posed this question:“What healthy ingredient were you shocked to learn that the picky eater in your household loves?”

For example, I was shocked to find that my picky eater husband loves raw kale salad. And he even adores quinoa! So I was so pleased the hear what other plant-based, healthy foods moms, wives and more were shocked to find their own picky eater loved. One mom said: “My 5 year old daughter loved eating pink beet soup and ate almost half of what I made. She said it was princess food.” Read more responses and gather a few recipes in my Picky Eater slide show..

I was like - hey honey - you really liked that? and his response - yea, it was great, next time put a little more chicken it in, the seasoning was awesome. I never told him." - Gina K

Picky Eater Lesson, Never Give Up New Foods!
"My husband and I are vegan and my son is a carnivore. Although my son is a great sport and will try anything that we put in front of him, 9 times out of 10 he won't eat more than a few bites. I end up cooking meals in "short order cook" style. Recently, he tried my avocado, mushroom, spinach and sun-dried tomato panini, and LOVED the avocado. He also has traded in his baked chicken for Gardein Chick'N strips." - Andrea O.
