With the holiday season safely behind us it is time to start weening off the sugar and getting back on track with healthy eating. For me, this is no easy exercise since I am known for my sweet tooth. However, as long as the food is tasty, I will eat it. Therefore, in January, I focus on recipes that are primarily tasty but also happen to be low-sugar. Here at The Family Kitchen we happen to have a lot of recipes like that on hand and I want to point them out to you. All of them are low-sugar, simple to make and delicious to eat.
