No Bake COOL WHIP Chocolate Blackberry Mousse Cups

You can be serving up these no bake COOL WHIP Whipped Topping chocolate blackberry mousse cups in less than 10 minutes. It’s amazing what you can make with a brick of cream cheese a tub of COOL WHIP. It’s light, fluffy and you can easily swap out the blackberries for any fresh berry of your choice. It’s a great go to easy peasy dessert that you’ll be serving all summer long!

No Bake COOL WHIP Chocolate Mousse Pie
What you’ll need:
8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup COOL WHIP whipped topping
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 pint fresh blackberries

What to do:
1. Into a mixing bowl add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and cocoa powder. Mix until creamy and well combined.

2. Add COOL WHIP whipped topping and mix until combined.

3. To assemble: Equally distribute 1/2 mousse between 2 small glasses. Top with blackberries. Equally distribute remaining half of mousse between 2 glasses.

4. Garnish with 1 blackberry each and fresh mint if desired.
