On-the-Go PB & J with Banana and Granola WrapJennifer Savor the Thyme
During a trip last week, I had the pleasure of being introduced to a line of bread products that I had only seen in my local store a few days prior. Like most, we love breads but they need to be fresh and tasty and the flatout bread offering fit the bill.

The first recipe I tried was a Peanut Butter Jam with Strawberries, Banana & Granola Wrap. I knew instantly that this was a definite winner with kids and grown-ups. Personally, my kids are always interested in what I am eating when it is in wrap form.
1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
1 Tbs reduced fat peanut butter
1 Tbs sugar-free jam
2 strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 banana, cut in half lengthwise
2 Tbs low fat granola
Spread peanut butter evenly over entire Flatbread. On one rounded end, spread jam. Layer strawberry, banana and granola. Roll, cut and enjoy!
The second wrap I tried was the Sweet-N-Crunchy Wrap. It was my favorite being that it was breakfast time. I love the combination of the berries, cream cheese and granola. Be sure to try it!
