Over the Top Snacks: Andes Mint White Chocolate Popcorn

By Kelsey Banfield |

White Chocolate Popcorn

I know, this is waaaayyyy over the top. You can blame the wonderful reader who left a comment on my package telling me she loves to mix chocolate mints and popcorn for a fun snack. I had to give it a try and, you know what, she was right. The second we made this popcorn we devoured it. It was certainly over the top and I don’t plan to make it again for a long time, but, man, it was worth it!

Andes Mint White Chocolate Popcorn

1 batch homemade popcorn

10 Andes mints, roughly chopped

6 ounces white chocolate, melted

1. Pop the popcorn and place in a large bowl. Toss in the andes mint pieces and scatter the white chocolate over the top of the popcorn.
