Peach and Banana Cream Soy Shake
Here’s a peach-infused, creamy cool treat to calm your sweet tooth the healthy way. My Peach and Banana Cream Soy Shake may look sinful, but it’s actually quite healthy. Serve this to your kids and they will think it’s a milkshake at first glance. And they will love the soft, sweet fruity flavor. Get this soy-tastic recipe..
Peachy. I love peaches. I guess you could say I’m keen on them. They are packed with fiber, potassium and vitamin A – and relatively low in calories. One fresh peach contains only about 37 calories – yet plenty of sweet, sassy flavor. This shake reminds of the peaches we all indulge in during the late summer months. Cheers to peach season. Soy whipped cream on top..
Fresh Tip! Slice and freeze your own peaches for an ultra-flavorful smoothie. If you have a high speed blender like a Vitamix, you may be able to get away with adding the peaches “skin-on” – since much of the nutrients are bound in the fruit skin rather than the flesh. Either way, your shake will be delish.
Plus the other healthy-delish ingredients like soy milk, soy yogurt and bananas add healthy probiotics, protein, more potassium and plenty of creamy flavor.

I’m disappointed to see the use of soy products in your recipes considering all of the information on how bad it is for the thyroid. Please substitute almond milk for soy milk. I’m not sure what can be used for the soy yogurt substitute. It is estimated that over 13 million people suffer from hypothyroidism and soy products are a main contributor in many processed foods and soy milks etc.
