Peacock ParfaitsBrooke McLay
Aren’t peacocks the most magical, otherworld creature we have in this world? Yeah, my kids think so, too. They run around our local zoo, all wild and cageless, and my children will watch them for hours, waiting the spread of their colorful tails.
To celebrate our recent return from a summer zoo trip last week, I prepared these adorable (and easy!) Peacock Yogurt Parfaits. So easy! Just a few basic ingredients and decor tools and you’ve got magical little parfaits that are perfect for snacktime, partytime, and every time in between!
Peacock Yogurt Parfait
- 8 ounces yogurt (my fave brand is Noosa Honey Yoghurt because it’ so thick & delish)
- Turquoise, lime, and purple food coloring
- Turquoise, lime, and purple colored sugar sprinkles
- Gold edible sparkle dust
Split yogurt into three bowls. Tint one bowl turquoise, one lime, and one purple. Spoon into shot glasses.
In a small bowl, combine sugars and sparkle dust. Sprinkle on top of yogurt. Serve and enjoy!
