Perfect and Easy: San Francisco Garlic Fries

By laurasrecipes |

I was born just south of San Francisco… which could explain why I am a bit of a French Fry snob. They must be hand-cut and fresh. I’m just not into those little frozen overly salted wimpy fast food fries. Now you know where I stand.

When I stumbled across this amazing recipe for “San Francisco Garlic Fries” on a wonderful blog called The Red Spoon.. I just knew I found my kind of fry recipe. What’s even better is they are baked and the potatoes don’t need to be boiled! Nothing better than a recipe that keeps it simple.

When you are ready to make garlicky, crunchy wonderfully tasty fries, CLICK HERE to get the recipe and see great step-by-step photos. Then start to think about all the creative dipping sauces you could make with them.
