Winter veggies are sometimes so good, it’s ridiculous. Like when you roast brussell sprouts until their skins get crispy, then serve them with a side of grass-fed beef. This, dear friends, is the perfect Paleo meal. Simple. Organic. Full of flavor. If you’ve never tried Paleo, this is a great recipe to try because it’s so simple, savory, and sure to cut any cravings you’re having for that diet full of grains and sugar and stuff you simply don’t need.
Perfect Paleo Brussells
- 3-4 cups brussell sprouts, halved
- 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil (or olive oil & 2 cloves fresh chopped garlic)
- sea salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened dried cranberries or cherries
- 2 tablespoons macadamias, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven o 400 degrees. Toss brussells in oil. Salt to taste. Roast, uncovered, in hot oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with cranberries and macadamia nuts. Serve and enjoy!
