Pomegranate Sorbet

By bellalimento |

In our part of the world it feels as if we’ve skipped spring and went head first into summer. To combat the heat we’ll be making lots of cold and icy treats. One of our favorites to make are sorbets. They’re super simple and usually require only just a few ingredients. This pomegranate sorbet has just three. Pomegranates are not only gorgeous they’re good for you.We happen to adore them and always have a bottle of pomegranate juice in our refrigerator– making it easy to whip up a batch of this sorbet at a moment’s notice.

Next time you’re at the market be sure to pick up a bottle of pomegranate juice {they come in a variety of flavors and I’ve tried just about all of them in sorbet version} and then pop over to my food blog for THE RECIPE.
