If you’re lucky enough to have Presidents Day 2011 off of work, you may find it’s the perfect day to spend cooking with your family. Since banks and most federal offices are closed, the holiday is a fantastic excuse to spend some quality time with your loved ones at home. What to make? It can be tough to find culinary inspiration as the winter wears on, but we’ve got some red, white, and blue treats sure to make everyone smile.

To start your day right, Jaime serves up a mouthwatering red, white and blueberry cream cheese pound cake.
