Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Have you noticed that PUMPKIN is everywhere right now? And with good reason, it’s such a versatile ingredient. And it’s not limited to just desserts, oh no. You can have pumpkin for breakfast too! It makes a creamy and delicious smoothie to start your day off right. I can’t think of a better way to start my day this fall than with a Pumpkin PIE Smoothie!
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie {Photo and Recipe compliments of USANA}
Servings: 2
What you’ll need:
· 1-1/4 cup cold water
· 3 Scoops Vanilla Nutrimeal
· 2 tsp Fibergy Plus
· 1/2 cup canned or fresh pureed pumpkin (unsweetened)
· 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
· 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
· 1 cup ice

What to do:
Combine ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth. Serve and enjoy immediately.

Optional: 2 tsp of Truvia or sweetener of choice
