This time of year I think we can all admit to falling under the Pumpkin Spice spell. Lattes, muffins, cakes, hot cereal and more – all magically infused with those sweet fall flavors, lovingly known a “Pumpkin Spice.” The most popular of the pumpkin spice offerings is probably the latte – or the Pumpkin Spice beverage in general. And when you are not shelling out money to Starbucks, you can easily re-create a warm mug of pumpkin-y bliss at home. Here are a few easy and delicious variations for Pumpkin Spice Beverages..
The Basics. The basic way to blend some pumpkin spice flavor into your beverage is by adding pumpkin puree + pumpkin pie spice. You can add them to taste. For beverages, you may want to look out for pumpkin puree from a box. See this post for details.

Ice it. Toss your pumpkin spice latte over some ice for a cool version – fit for a sunny fall day, or simply too much time lounging in front of a crackling fall fireplace.
