Pork Chops in Cream Sauce

I’ve received so much positive feedback about the “Quick and Easy Meal Solutions” posts. I think well all know how important it is to have a nice selection of quick and easy dinner options to fall back especially when we’re strapped for time. This series is where we’ll be featuring just such recipes. We’ve already shared our simple SAUSAGE MEATBALLS, and our DECONSTRUCTED CHICKEN POT PIE, and now onto Pork Chops in Cream Sauce. It’s a meal that will look like you slaved in the kitchen for hours when in fact it was only minutes. Less than 30 minutes to be exact ; ) It goes beautifully with mashed potatoes, risotto, or polenta. You’ll want something to get every last bit of that mouth watering sauce!

You can find my recipe for the Pork Chops in Cream Sauce pictured above HERE.

I made these about a week ago after stumbling on to the original recipe post. I can honestly say it was one of the most delicious dinners I’ve made in a long while. We served the pork chops with red bliss mashed potatoes and some fresh garden peas. Amazingly comforting. I did substitute half and half because I didn’t have heavy cream on hand, and it was PERFECT.
