My uncle did this last weekend and it was so delicious. Before wrapping his corn in foil before grilling, he smeared it with butter and shoved some fresh herbs in with it. He used sage and rosemary together, but I would say just one of those and just a small amount is sufficient to infuse it with something a little special. This is an especially helpful tip when you end up with a bum batch from the market. Though that’s kind of hard this time of year.
