My mom can’t have gluten since she has Celiac’s disease. Whenever she gets a new cookbook she always gets me one too. She gave me a couple of gluten cookbooks and I started making some of the recipes for my husband and I, and pretty soon we realized that it was helping out with his diabetes too. Now I make just about everything gluten free for us, even making my own bread! lol
