I recently discovered how amazing raw cacao powder is! This raw food pantry staple is rich in antioxidants, magnesium and iron. Plus the flavor is incredibly pure and the texture is velvety. You can essentially use raw cacao powder the same way you would cocoa powder. But you’ll notice that raw cacao lacks the intense bitterness of cocoa powder. Here are a few more cacao facts plus my recipe for Raw Cacao Chocolate Pudding..

3-4 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
1-2 Tbsp coconut milk

To make:

1. Add all the ingredients to your blender. I use my Vitamix.
2. Blend and serve! You can also make this ahead of time and chill in fridge until ready to serve.
