Ring In The New Year With A Tropical Holiday Drink: Coquito

I was introduced to coquito (Puerto Rican eggnog) a couple of years ago when it was sent home as a gift by one of my husband’s coworkers. I took a sip and was immediately hooked. If you like eggnog, you will surely love this creamy, non-egg version of it starring coconut cream and rum as the star ingredients. It would make a decadent and festive cocktail to serve to family and friends while you ring in the New Year.

Wendy at La Phemme Phoodie shares with us her delicious recipe for coquito. Enjoy it with your family and friends this New Year’s Eve!
