I was introduced to coquito (Puerto Rican eggnog) a couple of years ago when it was sent home as a gift by one of my husband’s coworkers. I took a sip and was immediately hooked. If you like eggnog, you will surely love this creamy, non-egg version of it starring coconut cream and rum as the star ingredients. It would make a decadent and festive cocktail to serve to family and friends while you ring in the New Year.
