It’s the last day of February and spring is definitely on the horizon (some may beg to differ depending on what type of weather is happening right now). But according to the calendar, and the infamous groundhog, Spring is on it’s way which means warmer weather. And with warmer weather comes shorts and tank tops…whether we like it or not. Eek!
Don’t fret. This is where salad for dinner comes in. All you need is a nice plate of tossed greens, a good light dressing and some lean protein…and a couple of my secret ingredients. Eat a few salads like this one and you’ll be ready to rock out those shorts and tank tops in no time.
