Breakfast is something we don’t have time for everyday, but we always make time on the weekend to have a beautiful breakfast. We even sometimes eat breakfast for sinner, just because we love it so much. This is a simple sausage and egg benedict topped with a super easy holllandaise sauce. I made this mock hollandaise sauce with mayonnaise, sour cream and fresh dill.
