Do you have a football fan in the house? How wonderful would it be for them to wake up to these fantastic football shaped pancakes on Super Bowl morning? Yes, these chocolate football pancakes are sure to put a smile on their faces. You don’t need to be an artist to make these. You’ll simply pipe them onto the griddle and cook them the same way you would a traditional pancake. Easy peasy. The best part, the icing seams!

Football Pancakes
What you’ll need: {makes approximately 7 football shaped pancakes}
2 cups Original Bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs beaten
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
vanilla icing

What to do:
1. Into a medium bowl add: Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, sugar, cocoa. Mix to well to combine.

2. Heat a griddle pan over medium-high heat. Place mixture into a piping bag. Draw the outline of a football onto hot griddle. Quickly fill in center.  Cook until edges bubble. Flip. Cook until pancake is no longer soft in middle. Continue until all pancakes are made.

3. Pipe on the “seams” with the icing.
