I have been making a lot of jam lately. The berries are ripe and everything is blooming so it is very clearly jam-making season! One of the things I made recently was this awesome strawberry jam. It was sweet, smooth, and contained the coolest secret ingredient. I couldn’t believe it when I first read about it, but it really worked. It changed the texture of the jam and helped it turn an awesome crystal-clear red. It also tasted a little silkier on the tongue and I loved how it spread beautifully on toast.
