You know that commercial you keep seeing from Hellmann’s about their Parmesan Crusted Chicken? Well, I made it for my family the other night, and I have to tell you it was delicious! I added my own zing to the crunchy coating and served it alongside some Roasted Broccoli and simple roasted red potatoes (coated in leftover chicken breading) and it was a perfect meal that was on the table in less than 30 minutes. The chicken itself cooked for about 20 minutes, and I threw in the veggies right along with it so that everything was cooked and ready at the same time. You can’t help but love it when your whole family gives you a big thumbs up, like mine did, after cleaning their dinner plates – without being forced. to. Try it on your own family, they won’t be disappointed.
You can find my twist on the recipe for Parmesan and Lemon Pepper Chicken over on my blog Aggie’s Kitchen.
